B2B Online Chicago
Highlights from our first time attending B2B Online in Chicago from Jeff Clark, Director of Marketing. Here’s a look at how it all went down in the windy city.
B2B Online, “The World’s Leading eCommerce & Digital Marketing Conference for Manufacturers & Distributors,” recently took place in Chicago. After spending three days at the conference, I agree with that description.
The event, which started in 2013 and is held annually in Chicago, had over 700 attendees this year and three days of top-notch presentations, panels, and discussions.
While we are familiar with Chicago-held events, this was the first time Acro Commerce attended B2B Online with the hope that an event that is targeted to our ideal client profile, including a list of top-notch manufacturers in attendance, would be worth it.
Day One: Discovery & Strategy Presentation

Our booth in the exhibition hall was the base for our attendance, but to top that off, we presented an excellent workshop on Unveiling the Power of Discovery & Strategy in Digital Transformation.

Over 100 engaged individuals attended the workshop, interacted with the polls we presented, and asked numerous questions, allowing for even more dialogue and discussion. Presenting the seminar on day one of the event was an excellent start for the team.
Exhibition Hall: Creating Networking Opportunities

The exhibit hall allowed the team to meet, interact, and discuss pain points and solutions with many potential clients. We had many great conversations with manufacturers and distributors and booked several follow-up meetings with prospects. We are excited to see these calls evolve into successful projects!
Moving Forward
The conference inspired and engaged the team. It was the first opportunity for some to represent Acro Commerce at an event, and they did so effortlessly and with determination and vigour that we hope to see at all events.
Events like this allow Acro to become better known in the B2B manufacturing community, present meaningful thought leadership, and network. We look forward to attending more events like B2B Chicago, where Acro can elevate its reputation as a trusted leader and innovator.
