Hey there, Ted Wong from Acro Commerce here.

I'm going to take the next 100 seconds or so of your time today to talk about how we utilize roadmaps to maintain velocity, visualize milestones and continually explore opportunities with our partners.

You know, roadmaps are kind of like the secret sauce of our account management strategy here at Acro Commerce. They're a collaborative tool that we use to work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities and goals.

Now, because we work in an agile environment, these living, breathing documents that our clients and partners directly contribute to ensure that we're all aligned at every step of the way. And they also allow our various technical resources to have full visibility into the big picture at all times.

Look, this agile methodology can turn even the best teams into sprint-focused spinsters. So, close collaboration with your account manager can ensure that high-level stakeholders don't get bogged down on individual tickets and instead stay focused on the key milestones in the overall project.

Often times, account managers like myself here at Acro Commerce will deliver multiple road maps with a slow, medium and accelerated velocity schedule to help our clients visualize and decide on a pace that works best for them. This is key in determining to see if we should crash objectives to overcome roadblocks or mitigate constraints.

Ultimately, once we determine a road map that you're comfortable with, then we can use this as the baseline to problem-solve and pivot to adjust velocity, resources, and budgeting to help achieve project success.

So, have you started a road map with your existing project yet? And if not, what are you waiting for?

Until next time, this is Ted Wong from Acro Commerce, and we'll see you again soon.
